Although Right Choice is a new name to the Basingstoke property market Matt, Jamie and Emily have over 30 years combined experience and have all previously worked together.
Jamie Bennett
Jamie has been an estate agent since 2011 and having always lived in Basingstoke has a wealth of local knowledge. This local knowledge along with his experience led him to become the Basingstoke Branch Manager for a leading national Estate Agent, who have over 170 offices nationwide. Under Jamie’s leadership and expertise, the Basingstoke office was the number one performing branch in 2020, 2021 and 2022, breaking company records along the way.
The office continued to be the number one performing branch until Jamie decided to establish Right Choice, with his long-term colleague and Friend Matt.
Jamie has experience with all different types of property and prides himself on taking the time to fully understand his client’s needs. This allows him to deliver the highest level of service with maximum results.
When not selling houses, Jamie likes to spend his time travelling, watching live music and following his beloved Liverpool FC.
Matt Eady-Smith
Matt has been involved in the property industry in Basingstoke since leaving college in 2004, becoming a Trainee Sales Negotiator while still in his teens. Within 3 years at just 20 years of age, Matt’s drive and desire to deliver great customer service had seen him be promoted to an Assistant Branch Manager. Over the next 12 years Matt’s career flourished, running two branches of successful estate agents and helping thousands of people move.
In 2019 Matt decided to move into the financial services industry and became a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor. The following year Matt opened Sterling Mortgage Advice to help people find the best mortgage for their needs without charging any fees. He has continued delivering the same high levels of customer service and this is why Sterling Mortgage Advice have received over 150 five star reviews across google, Trustpilot, Yell and Facebook.
When he isn’t helping people move, Matt loves spending time with his wife and their very large dog. Aside from a nice dog walk, Matt’s other hobbies include playing darts, binge watching box sets or films and carp fishing.
